Masaharu Shin Exhibition “On the repulsive force generated when skin touches skin”

Masaharu Shin is interested in how contemporary art explores human rules of experience and symbols, and how it breaks these preconceptions through expression.
In this exhibition, Shin highlights emotions that are paradoxically accentuated by incorporating a structure of nostalgia for something that has been broken.
This is a bold and nuanced first solo exhibition in Tokyo by the young and upcoming artist who completed his graduate studies at Kyoto University of Arts in 2021.
